Gene Bayer -- for (25) years has been involved with the sales, design, installation and maintenance of commercial network systems. Graduating from James Madison University in 1983 he worked as a major accounts representative for Cable & Wireless and Sprint.  In 1988 he was one of the founding partners of BAYLAN Communications Inc., a network installation and maintenance firm based in Sterling , Virginia.  Then in 1993 BAYLAN gave way to the formation of LORD & Bayer Associates.
